Shop online through our Adopt a Shelter portal. Visit your favorite online shopping sites like Amazon, Target, eBay, Overstock and more. Shop like you normally do, and use whatever coupon codes and discounts you like. When it's checkout time, Small Miracles will automatically earn a donation based on how much you spent. Ways to Donate
Make a Cash or Check Donation
Making a monetary donation the best and most direct way to help the animals in our care. Monetary donations allow the shelter to use your donation where there is the most need, whether it is for food or supplies our animals, veterinary supplies or operational costs.
Checks should be made out to "SMCDR" and may be mailed to Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue, 10236 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042 or brought in person to the shelter during adoption hours. Visit our Contact Us page for directions and hours. Cash donations are also accepted at the shelter during adoption hours. You will receive a mailed receipt for your donation if you provide us with your contact information.
Make a Credit Card Donation Online
Small Miracles also has a PayPal account set up so you can donate at your convenience online by credit card.
Make a Material Donation
We welcome your donations of supplies and materials to the shelter.
We have set up an Amazon Wish List with recommended items that you can have shipped directly to the shelter.
If you would like to shop elsewhere, please follow these guidelines so that your donation is most helpful to us. For example, the shelter works with Hill's Science Diet to provide our animals with dry food at a reduced cost, so we prefer donations of wet food, which the shelter must buy on its own.
We welcome donation drives by school groups, scouts, churches and other organizations to benefit our shelter. Material donations may be dropped off at the shelter during adoption hours. Visit our Contact Us page for directions and hours.
